European Loc Pool achieves EcoVadis Silver rating

European Loc Pool (ELP) is proud to have been awarded the EcoVadis Silver rating.
This recognition marks an important milestone in the further development of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) activities. It reflects the consistent and structured expansion of our processes, policies and internal standards.
ESG as an integral part of our business
At ELP, ESG is not treated as a standalone topic, but as an integral part of our corporate governance. We have continuously strengthened our structures and further embedded sustainable principles into our daily operations.
This includes, among others:
• the expansion of governance and compliance structures
• the systematic tracking and development of ESG metrics
• clear guidelines along our value chain
• the integration of sustainability aspects into operational decision-making

With locomotives such as the Euro9000 and EuroDual, we offer flexible operations on both electrified and non-electrified routes. Thanks to state-of-the-art Stage V engine technology and readiness for HVO100 usage, we enable a measurable and significant reduction of our customers’ CO₂ footprint.
At the same time, we increase operational efficiency and productivity while reducing the need for additional resources.

The EcoVadis rating is both a confirmation and a motivation for us. We will continue to develop our ESG activities, strengthen existing measures and unlock new potential.
