With this privacy policy we inform you how ELP collects, uses and passes on (hereinafter referred to jointly as “processing”) personal data of visitors to this website (hereinafter referred to as “users”) and how this occurs.
The user grants ELP an authorisation to process personal data in accordance with this privacy policy when he/she visits this website. ELP may unilaterally amend this privacy policy at any time. The current version is published by ELP online.

ELP may process personal data concerning the user if he/she visits a website of ELP or requests or uses products or services offered by ELP online. This includes, in particular, the registration of certain services or web content which can only be accessed with personal access data and subscriptions for print media or online newsletters.

Right to withdraw consent under data protection laws
Any data subject may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data. The withdrawal should be sent to ELP’s data protection officer either by letter or by email.
