Privacy policy
With this privacy policy we inform you how ELP collects, uses and passes on (hereinafter referred to jointly as “processing”) personal data of visitors to this website (hereinafter referred to as “users”) and how this occurs.

The user grants ELP an authorisation to process personal data in accordance with this privacy policy when he/she visits this website. ELP may unilaterally amend this privacy policy at any time. The current version is published by ELP online.

Data collection
ELP may process personal data concerning the user if he/she visits a website of ELP or requests or uses products or services offered by ELP online. The employees, representatives and other third parties who have access to personal data are obligated by ELP to ensure compliance with all applicable data protection laws. Persons to whom ELP grants access to personal data in the meaning of this privacy policy are appropriately trained with regard to data security and data protection.

ELP protects personal data with appropriate physical, electronic and procedural security measures, including firewalls, personal passwords, encryption and authentication technologies.

ELP reserves the right to pass on personal data to governmental or regulatory authorities and, within the framework of this privacy policy, also to analysis service providers. ELP thus completely fulfils the applicable regulations and laws and any judicial or regulatory requirements.
