Railmarket News hat \u013dubom\u00edr Dl\u00e1bik,&nbsp;Sales Manager at ELP, f\u00fcr weitere Details interviewt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>RM: Was hat Sie dazu bewogen, den Balkanmarkt f\u00fcr die Zulassung dieses Lokomotivtyps ins Visier zu nehmen?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u013dubom\u00edr Dl\u00e1bik:<\/strong>&nbsp;Es gab zwei Hauptgr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr diese Entscheidung. Die Stadler EuroDual-Lokomotive ist bereits in Deutschland und \u00d6sterreich im Einsatz, was bedeutet, dass sie mit der neuesten Version der ETCS (L2 BL3.4.0) und PZB-Sicherheitssysteme ausgestattet ist. Die Balkanl\u00e4nder verwenden ebenfalls PZB, was bedeutet, dass wir keine wesentlichen Anpassungen an den vorhandenen Lokomotiven vornehmen mussten, um hier die Zulassungen zu erhalten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der zweite Grund ist, dass dieses Gel\u00e4nde&nbsp;genau&nbsp;das ist, wof\u00fcr die EuroDual entwickelt wurde: Es gibt steile Steigungen, enge Kurven und Abschnitte, die nicht elektrifiziert sind oder eine begrenzte Achslast haben. Aus Sicht des G\u00fcterverkehrsmarktes sehen wir den Aufstieg der Adriah\u00e4fen und das Potenzial, mehr G\u00fcter ins Hinterland&nbsp;oder Ausland&nbsp;zu bringen. Daf\u00fcr werden leistungsstarke Lokomotiven ben\u00f6tigt, die den herausfordernden Haftungsbedingungen standhalten k\u00f6nnen. Zum Beispiel wird es ein gro\u00dfer Vorteil sein, dass die EuroDual schwere G\u00fcterz\u00fcge aus dem Hafen von Rijeka (Kroatien) in einem St\u00fcck ziehen kann. Bisher mussten die Zugsets in zwei Teile&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;geteilt werden und wurden den H\u00fcgel hinaufgezogen, bevor sie f\u00fcr die zweite H\u00e4lfte der Fracht zum Hafen zur\u00fcckkehrten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>RM: Auf welche L\u00e4nder fokussieren Sie sich jetzt und wie sieht der weitere Ausblick f\u00fcr die Zukunft aus?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u013dubom\u00edr Dl\u00e1bik:<\/strong>&nbsp;Der Prototyp der Lokomotive befindet sich derzeit in Slowenien, wo in dieser Woche die Testl\u00e4ufe beginnen werden. In Slowenien wird sie nur im Dieselbetrieb sein, da Slowenien im Gegensatz zu den anderen L\u00e4ndern mit 3kV Gleichstrom betrieben wird. In der restlichen Region werden wir haupts\u00e4chlich mit Elektrizit\u00e4t und bei Bedarf mit Diesel fahren. Die Tests werden zuerst in Slowenien und Kroatien durchgef\u00fchrt. Die Lokomotive wird dann nach Serbien und Montenegro weiterziehen, bevor sie Ende Juli zum Kunden nach Braunschweig, Deutschland, zur\u00fcckkehrt. Dies werden die operationellen Tests sein. Danach folgt ein gr\u00fcndlicher Papierkram-Prozess, und wir streben an, alle L\u00e4nder f\u00fcr den EuroDual-Betrieb noch vor Ende dieses Jahres zuzulassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn wir \u00fcber die Zukunft hinausblicken, betrachten wir L\u00e4nder wie Bulgarien, Rum\u00e4nien, Nordmazedonien und Griechenland. Unser Ziel ist es, die Zulassung des EuroDual entlang des gesamten G\u00fcterverkehrskorridors 10 (Alpen-Westbalkan-G\u00fcterverkehrskorridor, Anmerkung des Redakteurs) zu erreichen und letztendlich auch eine Verbindung in die T\u00fcrkei herzustellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>RM: Welche Herausforderungen sehen Sie im Zulassungsprozess und k\u00f6nnen Sie potenzielle Kunden f\u00fcr den EuroDual auf dem Balkan vorhersagen?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u013dubom\u00edr Dl\u00e1bik:<\/strong>&nbsp;Die Hauptherausforderung besteht nat\u00fcrlich im Zustand der Infrastruktur. Die maximal erlaubten Geschwindigkeiten sind sehr begrenzend, wenn man eine hochmoderne Lokomotive betreiben m\u00f6chte. Aber dies ist eine Korridorlokomotive und viele laufende Projekte in dieser Region verbessern sich. Dadurch wird es m\u00f6glich, eine neue und innovative Lokomotive wie den EuroDual einzuf\u00fchren und alle einzigartigen Vorteile dieser neuen &#8222;Next-Generation&#8220;-Lokomotive voll auszusch\u00f6pfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Was die Kunden betrifft, kann ich keine konkreten Namen nennen. Wir erwarten, dass die ersten Kunden wahrscheinlich die Interoperabilit\u00e4t der Lokomotive nutzen werden, um die H\u00e4fen von Koper, Rijeka und Bar mit dem Hinterland zu verbinden. Aber wir sprechen nat\u00fcrlich auch mit inl\u00e4ndischen Betreibern in jedem dieser M\u00e4rkte. Die einzigartigen Vorteile der 6-Achs-Hybridlokomotiven erm\u00f6glichen es ihnen, \u00fcber v\u00f6llig neue Transportkonzepte nachzudenken und mehr Fracht von der Stra\u00dfe auf die Schiene zu verlagern.
