Im Jahr 2023 wird bereits die achte Lokomotive des Typs EuroDual von ELP an HHPI \u00fcbergeben. Auf die Nachfrage was HHPI dazu veranlasst in so kurzer Zeit ihre Lokomotivflotte auf die neuen EuroDual Lokomotiven umzur\u00fcsten, erkl\u00e4rt Thomas Sch\u00f6fbauer, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer HHPI: \u201eDie Lok ist alternativlos f\u00fcr die Art unseres Einsatzes. Wir hatten fr\u00fcher f\u00fcr unsere Verkehre 10 x CL66 Lokomotiven, diese schaffen wir jetzt mit nur acht EuroDual. Sie f\u00e4hrt mit bis zu 30% mehr Last und das mit einer Achslast von 20.5T was auch Verkehre auf vielen Nebenstrecken erlaubt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eIm Vergleich zu unseren alten Class 66 Lokomotiven, haben wir eine h\u00f6here Leistung, mehr Lastm\u00f6glichkeiten und sparen dabei auch noch Kraftstoff. Die Lok ist einfach sehr gut und schafft sogar noch mehr als wir davon erwartet haben. Sie hat eine sehr hohe Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit, trotz unserer sehr hohen Laufleistungen, schaffen wir 97% Verf\u00fcgbarkeit, wobei wir korrektive und pr\u00e4ventive Instandhaltung zusammenrechnen. Die Zusammenarbeit von HHPI, ELP und ihrem Service Partner Stadler Rail ist gut und fortlaufende Optimierungen begleiten den Prozess.
